Returns & Exchanges

At STEELMAN Tools, we stand by the quality of our apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
